The following Characters of Middle Earth are request from fellow DA'ers. I needed a small break from bean for a week and so I have decided to draw a few request dealing with the world of middle earth and my interpretation of them, which are based more on the books than the movies.

Ungoliant a creature of the first age, who with melkor killed the two trees of arda. She was difficult at first for me to figure out how to draw her, since tolkien only describes her as a large spider full of darkness. I decided to take it from when she sucked life and poisoned the trees...
