The Imagination Gap by travisJhanson
The Imagination Gap
Growing up I can remember playing in my imagination. It was an adventure everyday. Adventures that took me places and help me figure out what direction I wanted to go in life. My imagination gives me hope and allows me to dream big... Our imagination is a gift, a very precious gift one that when not used can be lost to us. We forget how powerful a gift it can be. So maybe playing outside, or with legos, blocks, action figures, is ok. It is a gift that can push us forward and help us solve complex issues and most importantly make life enjoyable. So dream big, embrace your imagination and let the adventure always move you forward.

This piece is also part of a very special project called the sunday's comic project.

Well I figured it was about time to share my adventure of deviant. I have been running this webcomic for a long time and I think that sharing my vision here would be fun and allow my audience to grow. Though I am going to start at the beginning (the comic is 650 pages long and growing). It has been a very fun adventure and I have finally decided to color this comic. Right now I am working on a update schedule... maybe twice a week until I get caught up. I am not sure. The main thing is I want to share this adventure.

Now you can support it if you and your support keeps it going. It is currently a patreon campaign...…;
Which all I am asking for is a $1 a month... though I update the art twice a week and have added free giveaways. Also if you want you can read the entire story so far online at . 650 pages of story and now in full color... (don't mind the b.w. that will be color one day- hence the patreon campaign).

This story has been an incredible labor of love for me. I have tried and tried again and finally I believe that it has found it's groove. I feel really proud about how it looks right now. I hope you enjoy it and I am very willing to share it.

Here are the first two pages of the comic on deviant...

So if you love a good fantasy, that has some huge twist ... come read my story. If you love it, take a moment and support it or share it. Help it get out there.
Thanks again and each week we will add more.

Hey there! I saw you at Phoenix Comicon and really enjoyed your book " Adventures for a Lazy Afternoon". It sparked my drive to continue drawing and practicing different mediums. I like looking at the inks and colors that you use in each piece. I also like how you are very inspirational and always telling everyone to dream big. Can't wait to see more of your amazing art.

Hello Trav it was such a delight to meet you at Las Vegas comic con. You really inspired me with how fast your thought process is and I got a chance to snag one of your beautiful prints. The way you talked so passionately about being creative and thinking out of the box was just captivating to me. So thank you for visiting.
